📦 When will I receive my order?

Our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses. The average delivery time is generally between 8 to 20 business days, depending on your destination.
During busy periods or exceptional circumstances, delivery may take slightly longer. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

📲 How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can also follow the shipment’s progress on websites like 17track.net.

💬 I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery period, please first check:

  • Your tracking status online,

  • Your mailbox or pick-up point,

  • That the shipping address you provided is accurate.

If more than 15 business days have passed since shipment, contact us at support@cbthco.com.
We will open an inquiry with the shipping provider.

📌 Note: No refund will be issued without verification of the delivery status and proof of non-delivery.

🔁 Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

🚫 For safety and hygiene reasons, used, opened, or personal-care items cannot be returned or refunded.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via:

  • Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

All payments are processed by secure, encrypted third-party services.

🔐 Is my personal information secure?

Yes. All transactions on our website are 100% secure and handled via Shopify Payments.
We never store your payment details, and your personal information is never shared or sold.

📫 Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?

Once an order is confirmed, it is automatically processed and sent to our supplier.
We cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or modified afterwards.
If needed, contact us immediately at support@cbthco.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

⚠️ My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item,

  • Your order number,

  • A short description of the issue.

Once the damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the case.
❗ No return will be required for unusable or visibly broken items, provided that proof is submitted.
